1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you, whether acting personally or on behalf of an entity (“you” or the “Customer”), and NoorSentinel (“NoorSentinel”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), governing your access to and use of the NoorSentinel website, service, applications, and reports (together, the “Service”). By accessing the Service, uploading a capture file, or completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. If you accept these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
2. Definitions
“Capture” means a wireless packet-capture file you submit for analysis. “Report” means the outputs generated from a Capture, which may include Wi-Fi analysis executive and technical PDFs, structured findings, CSV exports, and, where selected, compliance mapping artifacts. “Customer Content” means the Captures and any other materials you submit. “Paddle” means our third-party payment provider acting as Merchant of Record.
3. The Service
NoorSentinel provides offline, passive analysis of authorized wireless Captures and generates the corresponding Report. The Service analyzes submitted files only; it does not access, scan, monitor, or interact with any live network. The specific contents of a Report depend on the product you select at checkout and on the evidence present within the submitted Capture.
4. Eligibility and authority to submit Captures
You may submit only Captures that you own or are otherwise lawfully authorized to submit and analyze. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your collection, submission, and analysis of any Capture complies with all applicable laws and regulations and with any policies, contracts, and privacy or confidentiality obligations to which you are subject. You represent and warrant that each Capture you submit satisfies these requirements.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) submit content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you are not authorized to submit; (b) use the Service to violate the rights or privacy of any third party; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure; (d) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code, models, or underlying methods of the Service except to the extent applicable law expressly permits; or (e) resell, sublicense, or misrepresent the Service or its Reports. We may suspend or terminate access for any conduct that, in our reasonable judgment, violates these Terms or risks harm to the Service or others.
6. Customer Content and ownership
As between the parties, you retain all right, title, and interest in your Customer Content. You grant NoorSentinel a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, and use your Customer Content solely to provide the Service — namely to perform the requested analysis, generate and deliver the Report, provide support, and protect the integrity and security of the Service. We do not sell your Customer Content, and we do not use it to train third-party models. We operate on a zero-retention basis for Captures: your Capture is deleted as soon as its analysis is complete and the Report has been delivered, and it is not retained or reused thereafter. The only data that remains is the limited operational record we are required to keep for legal, accounting, payment, and security purposes — never the contents of your Capture.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, analysis engine, compliance catalogs, report formats, and all related intellectual property, is and remains the exclusive property of NoorSentinel and its licensors. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service and to use the Reports delivered to you for your internal business purposes. No rights are granted except as expressly set out here.
8. What the Report guarantees, and its scope
Each Report is a faithful, evidence-bound account of the submitted Capture: every finding is traceable to the specific frames that produced it, the analysis asserts only what the Capture actually supports, and identical input produces an identical result, sealed with a reproducible SHA-256 fingerprint you can independently recompute. That integrity is what we stand behind.
Its scope is, by design, the Capture you provide. The Service analyzes that file and does not observe activity outside it, so a Report describes the wireless evidence recorded in the Capture rather than the live state of a network. Accordingly, a Report is an analytical and evidentiary instrument, not legal advice, an audit opinion, a formal certification, or a warranty that any network is secure or compliant.
9. Compliance mapping
Where you select compliance mapping, the Service relates observed wireless evidence to the specific controls of the frameworks you choose, with the evidence behind each mapping shown so it can be reviewed rather than taken on faith. The mapping reports how the captured evidence bears on those controls; the formal determination of compliance for your organization rests with you, against your own policies, operating environment, and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
10. Payments, taxes, and refunds
Prices are presented before checkout and apply to the selected product for a single uploaded Capture. Payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record; your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s buyer terms, and applicable taxes are handled at checkout. Because the Service delivers a digital Report on completion, refunds are handled as described in the NoorSentinel Refund Policy and may depend on payment status, whether a Report was successfully delivered, and any misuse of the Service.
11. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers, including Paddle for payments and cloud infrastructure for processing and delivery. Your use of those providers may be subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third parties beyond our reasonable control.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service and Reports are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any Report will detect every issue present in a network.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NoorSentinel and its founders, personnel, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Service or any Report. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months preceding the event. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NoorSentinel from and against any claims, damages, and reasonable expenses arising out of your Customer Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms, including any submission of a Capture you were not authorized to submit.
15. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or where necessary to protect the Service or others. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — will survive.
16. Changes to the Service and these Terms
We may improve, modify, or discontinue features of the Service over time, and we may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Service or applicable law. The “Last updated” date above indicates when these Terms last changed. Completed purchases are governed by the Terms in effect at the time of checkout, and your continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
17. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Service are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The parties will first seek to resolve any dispute through good-faith communication; failing that, the competent courts of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan will have jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory rights or remedies available to you under the law applicable to you.
18. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force. These Terms, together with the Refund Policy and the Privacy notice, constitute the entire agreement between you and NoorSentinel regarding the Service and supersede any prior understandings on that subject.
