1. Operator
NoorSentinel is wireless capture analysis and reporting software. References to NoorSentinel in these terms mean the NoorSentinel service, website, reports, and related delivery workflow.
2. Service scope
NoorSentinel provides wireless capture analysis and reporting for authorized capture files. A completed analysis generates executive reports, technical reports, structured finding data, and CSV exports. Compliance mapping artifacts are added only when the Compliance Report is purchased.
3. Authority to submit captures
You must only upload captures that you are authorized to submit and analyze. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws, policies, contracts, and privacy obligations before uploading any file.
4. Submitted-file processing
Submitted files are processed only for the requested analysis and report delivery. Files must not contain illegal content or material intended to abuse, disrupt, or bypass the service.
5. User file ownership
You retain ownership of the files you submit. You grant NoorSentinel the limited permission needed to process the files, generate the requested outputs, provide downloads, support the service, and protect against abuse. NoorSentinel does not claim ownership of submitted files and does not keep capture files beyond the processing and delivery window, except where limited records are required for legal requirements, payment records, support, abuse prevention, or service security.
6. Report limitations
Reports are based on the submitted capture and the evidence visible inside it. NoorSentinel is designed to support wireless security review, compliance preparation, and technical decision-making, but reports should be read alongside professional judgment and the customer's broader environment. A report is not a legal opinion, formal certification, or guarantee that a network is secure or compliant.
7. Compliance mapping
When the Compliance Report is selected, compliance mapping is generated as part of the NoorSentinel assessment and is intended to help connect observed wireless evidence to relevant control themes. Customers should review the results against their own policies, operating environment, and local legal or regulatory requirements before treating them as formal compliance decisions or certifications.
8. Payments and refunds
The selected fixed price is shown before checkout and verified by the service before payment. Payment processing is handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Refund handling may depend on payment status, report delivery, service misuse, Paddle's buyer terms, and the NoorSentinel Refund Policy.
9. Service updates
NoorSentinel is continuously improved as the service evolves. Updates may refine analysis, reporting, pricing, or delivery workflows, while completed purchases remain handled according to the terms in effect at checkout.
10. Governing law and courts
These terms and the use of NoorSentinel are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, it may be brought before the competent courts of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Nothing in these terms is intended to remove any mandatory legal rights or remedies that a customer may have under applicable law.
