1. Service Description

NoorSentinel provides automated WiFi security analysis. Users upload PCAP files which are processed to generate security reports including threat findings, client analytics, hidden network discovery, and data exports.

For large captures (hundreds of GB), contact us for high-volume workflows.

2. Data & Privacy

Zero-retention model. Uploaded files are deleted immediately after analysis. We do not store PCAPs, metadata, or personal information.

3. Pricing

$3 per 300 MB unit of capture data, calculated per uploaded file. Optional Hidden Network Discovery add-on (+$2 per file). All prices at checkout are final and include applicable taxes handled by Paddle.

Pricing details:

• Each file is priced independently based on its size.
• ≤ 300 MB: 1 unit ($3).
• > 300 MB: Rounded up to the next full 300 MB block (e.g., 350 MB = 2 units = $6).
• Multiple files: No size combining (e.g., two 100 MB files = 2 units = $6 total).

4. Refund Policy

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

All purchases are processed by Paddle.com (Merchant of Record). Refunds and cancellations are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms (including Refund Policy).

Key points:

• You have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
• By uploading your file and starting the analysis, you request immediate performance and lose the right of withdrawal the moment the report is generated and delivered.
• Once the report is successfully delivered, the service is fully performed and non-refundable.
• Refunds will only be considered in the rare event of a complete processing failure on our side (e.g., no report generated despite successful payment and upload). Such cases must be reported to us within 24 hours of purchase.

5. Technical Scope

Multi-engine forensics including:

• Rogue AP Detector

13 threat signatures, KARMA detection, evil-twin identification, MAC spoofing, honeypot discovery.

• Client Tracker

MAC randomization, fingerprinting, SSID exposure, vulnerability scoring.

• Hidden Network Discoverer

Zero-SSID analysis, probe leakage detection, confidence scoring.

Liability: Limited to amount paid for specific analysis.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, algorithms, UI designs, and trademarks are property of NoorSentinel. Users retain ownership of uploaded files. You grant temporary license to process files for report generation.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and by using NoorSentinel you irrevocably agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and waive any objections thereto.
