What you submit
NoorSentinel receives one Wi-Fi capture that you choose to upload for each analysis job.
How capture files are used
Capture files are used to generate the requested reports and structured outputs. NoorSentinel does not use submitted captures for model training.
Temporary processing
Uploaded capture files and generated report files are kept only for the processing and delivery window needed to provide the service, unless a longer retention period is required for support, abuse handling, legal obligations, or an agreed customer arrangement.
Service records
NoorSentinel may keep limited service records such as job identifiers, sanitized file metadata, file sizes, timestamps, hashes, minimal payment or receipt references, status records, and error records, and security logs where needed for legal requirements, payment records, support, abuse prevention, and service security.
Payment data
Payments are handled by Paddle.com. NoorSentinel does not process, store, or deal with payment information, including card numbers.
Sharing
NoorSentinel does not share uploaded capture data for third-party use. Capture files are transferred over encrypted connections and held in temporary service storage only as needed to generate and deliver the requested reports. Service providers may process limited data as needed to host the site, process payments, deliver reports, protect the service, and provide support.
